Japanese Sake brewery in nature
Kumezakura Sake brewery was established in 1856. In 1985, the brewery was moved to the foot of Diasen. They keep making traditional Sake in Daisen’s huge nature.
Saihaku cho Maruyama is just foot of Daisen. The good rice and good water location supports the “Kumezakura brewery.”
The water used in the Sake is “Jizo Taki no Izumi.” One of the largest spring water in Daisen and selected as top 100 of the best water in Tottori Prefecture.
Also, the rice field is called “Oohara sencho” and is producer of well-known rice. Brewery located in the good condition to make best sake with full of wilderness of fresh air, water and rice.

The Sake brewery process will be explained step by step.
Since summer is a bed season for Sake, joining the winter tour is recommended.
However, you can see the sake warehouse to sleep in the summer season.
Large tanks lined up in the narrow space are impressive.
In addition, the shops sell the brewed sake. Some Sake can be purchased at here only.
Next to the same site, homemade local beer “Daisen G Beer” is served in the restaurant “Bierhof Ganbarius”.
